Produce Sales

Some of our churches hold regular produce sales, a place to meet up for a chat or pick up some fresh produce or crafts.

Lower Halstow Produce Sale
This offers an opportunity to buy the beautiful and tasty work of many creative people, while enjoying coffee and home made cakes. All this in the wonderful setting of the ancient church at Lower Halstow, which is right beside the Estuary. The Produce Sale takes place in July, August and September with specials at Harvest and Christmas.  Every time the Produce Sale takes place there is also someone available each time, usually a member of the clergy team, for prayer or a listening ear.
Sometimes the Edith May, a lovely restored barge which is moored next to the Church, is also open for food and drink. You can find out more about the boat at: Edith May Barge

Upchurch Produce Sale
Once a month on the second Saturday from 9.00-11.30am, you will find St Mary's church buzzing with people enjoying tea and coffee, buying home made cakes and jams, as well as home-grown produce.  There are also second hand books, toys and bric-a-brac to browse and maybe pick up a bargain.
