Thy Kingdom Come: Week of Prayer

In the days following Ascension week we come together as the people of God, the Church, to pray for ourselves, for others we know, for our localities, for our nation, and for all nations as part of the 'Thy Kingdom Come' international ecumenical movement of prayer. Since her appointment we have heard Bishop Rose encourage the church to pray continually. At its core it is a call for us to bring to God regularly that in which we seek His will to be done in and His Kingdom to come.

Each day, from Ascension (Thursday) to the day before Pentecost (Saturday) there will be a short-guided reflection & prayer, with space to pray what you sense the Lord is putting on your heart.

This may be something new for many, but do join in. It would be great if we could look out for where and how God moves in our lives, that of others and around us as we join in prayer. So please do email and share any stories of encouragement.
